COMPANY PROFILE
COCOSUYA is a brand founded in 2020 by PT. Amerta Swastamita Adiwarna with the assistance of PT. Kawanua Coco Utama but has been exporting since 2013. We have several factories that can produce approximately 1500+ tons of cocofiber (coco coir) and 1500+ tons cocopeat (coir pith) every month.
Our factories are located on the Sulawesi Island, specifically in Bitung, and South Minahasa. Sulawesi island is known to have the largest and the best coconut plantation in Indonesia.

Sulawesi islands, especially North Sulawesi, is one of the best places in Indonesia to grow coconut. North Sulawesi is also known to have fertile sandy soil, so there are a lot of coconut plantations in North Sulawesi.
Our cocofiber and cocopeat factories are spread all over the North Sulawesi to absorb all coconut in North Sulawesi and increase our production power, so we can help many customers to fulfill their needs.

Cocofiber Drying Process
Cocofiber dried directly under the sun, the cocofiber drying process is one of the most important processes in coconut fiber processing in order to reach a certain level of moisture before formed into a cocofiber bales.
Cocofiber Pressing Process
Cocofiber pressing process with pressing machine to form cocofiber shaped like square. After shaped square, cocofiber weight will be 90 kg – 100 kg and ready to be load into the truck for export.

Cocopeat Seperation and Pressing Process
Cocopeat seperation process is the process of seperating cocopeat from cocofiber using a seperator machine to produce pure cocopeat. After cocopeat washed and dried to a certain level of humidity, cocopeat will be pressed using a pressed machine so that the cocopeat become solid.
Cocopeat Forming Process
Cocopeat forming process is a process which the solid cocopeat is formed into a certain size according to the buyers wishes, usually 30cm x 30cm x 15cm, after that, cocopeat will be wrapped in plastic and packed on pallets and ready to be load into the truck for export.

Dry coconut fiber cut into small pieces, also commonly used as a planting medium.

Coconut shell charcoal is coconut shell that are burned until it become charcoal. Coconut shell charcoal is usually used for BBQ, shisha, and the initial stage for making briquettes.
