Cocofiber and cocopeat supplier since 10 years ago. PT. Amerta Swastamita Adiwarna build a brand named COCOSUYA since 2020 but has been exporting since 2013. We have several factories that can produce approximately 1000+ tons of coconut every month.
We are Cocofiber (coco coir) and cocopeat (coir pith) supplier to many companies for 10 years. Our factories are located on Sumatra Island and Sulawesi Island, specifically in the Lampung area and north Sulawesi. The best coconut plantations in Indonesia are on those islands.
Sumatra island, especially in Lampung area, is one of the best places in Indonesia to grow coconut. Lampung area is also have a fertile sandy soil, so there are a lot of coconut plantations in Lampung. Sulawesi Island, our factories in Sulawesi Island are located in north Sulawesi, precisely in south Minahasa and Bitung area because the raw materials in south minahasa and Bitung are so abundant. Our cocofiber and cocopeat factories are spread all over the Lampung area, so we can help many customers to fulfill their needs.
We focus on cocofiber (coco coir) and cocopeat (coir pith) for 10 years. So there is no doubt about our ability in this products. We keep trying to develop new products until we can launch it. So that it can help more customers to fulfill their needs.
Cocofiber and Cocopeat Process
Our Cocofiber Processing
First, coconut shell will be Cocofiber dried directly under the sun, the cocofiber drying process is one of the most important processes in coconut fiber processing in order to reach a certain level of moisture before formed into a cocofiber bales. Cocofiber pressing process with pressing machine to form cocofiber shaped like square. After shaped square, cocofiber weight will be 90 kg – 100 kg and ready to be load into the truck for export.
Our Cocopeat Processing
Our cocopeat block processing, first separate cocopeat from cocofiber. Cocopeat seperation process is the process of seperating cocopeat from cocofiber using a seperator machine to produce pure cocopeat. After that, cocopeat will be wash and dry to a certain level of humidity. Then cocopeat will be press using a pressed machine so that the cocopeat become solid.
Cocopeat forming process is a process which the solid cocopeat is formed into a certain size according to the buyers wishes, usually 30cm x 30cm x 15cm, after that, cocopeat will be wrapped in plastic and packed on pallets and ready to be load into the truck for export.
